Content & Creative Strategy

Whether it's a product or a service, every organization has a story worth telling. The question is whether you tell it in a way people actually want to hear.

I develop the value story first — working directly with clients, prospects, and internal teams to understand what actually matters to buyers, then translating that into messaging, content, and creative that earns attention rather than demanding it. From brand voice and campaign strategy to white papers, blog programs, and sales enablement assets, the goal is always the same: content that does real work in the pipeline, not just on the page.

MarTech

A marketing strategy is only as good as the system built to deliver it. I've selected, implemented, and integrated marketing and sales technology stacks from scratch at multiple organizations — not as an IT project, but as a pipeline architecture decision.

The right tools, configured correctly and connected to each other, turn marketing activity into something measurable and repeatable. The wrong tools, or the right tools poorly implemented, just create expensive noise. I know the difference, and I know how to build teams that can run the system once it's in place.

Sales Enablement

Marketing's job isn't done when a lead is generated. It's done when sales has everything they need to convert that lead into a conversation — and when that conversation is tracked back to the content and campaign that started it.

I build the connection between marketing and sales: coordinating messaging, developing the assets sales actually uses, training teams on the technology that supports their outreach, and running co-marketing programs with vendor and technology partners to approach prospects from multiple channels simultaneously. The goal is a sales team that's better equipped because of marketing, not operating in spite of it.
